he Energysaver pleated Panel filter is a low energy use specific disposable product offering a better than basic level of filtration, or pre-filtration in HEVAC applications. This product is made using patented media which offers extremely low filter resistance, combined with a very high pleat count this filter delivers huge energy savings.
This product is constructed by bonding a pleat pack of a patented synthetic media into a water repellent card frame.
The Energysaver Filter Media has a graduated density for even dirt loading, resulting in greater dust holding Electrostat is hydrophobic – so will not load with moisture in the air
Has a constant efficiency due to its extra electrostatic charge
Superior Efficiency V’s Particle size (see table). The filter has a low pressure drop. The fibres are continuous so will not shed.
The adhesive used is specially formulated to maintain adhesion even under wet conditions.
The expanded steel backing to the media is designed to provide maximum support whilst offering minimal airflow resistance
